These terms cover text messages from Bien NYC, a brand of Bien Watch, LLC (“Bien,” “we,” “us”), 307 W 38th St, 16th Floor #388, New York, NY 10018. They form part of our Terms of Service.
What You’ll Receive
Recurring automated marketing text messages from Bien NYC about Structure No. 1: its Kickstarter launch on June 1, 2027, reminders while the campaign runs, in-person meetups in New York, and production news. Message frequency varies. Most months bring a few messages; launch week brings more.
How You Sign Up
You sign up by entering your mobile number in a Bien NYC text sign-up form, such as the one at bien.nyc/links, and submitting it beside the consent wording. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. By signing up, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number and that you are at least 18 years old.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We never charge for our texts; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your plan.
